The Community Pitch event is a platform where local businesses, families and community members unite to hear inspiring stories from remarkable local community groups and organisations. It’s a chance to discover various projects initiated by community groups within your area.
10 Community Groups or Charitable Organisations are carefully chosen from diverse sectors, ensuring a broad range of support is offered. These groups, driven by passion and purpose, share the impact of their work, making us laugh and cry as we witness the depth of commitment to our community.
During the event, each group has three minutes to pitch their project to a room filled with local businesses and community members, known as ‘Pitch Partners’, who have generously contributed to a funding pool. At the conclusion of the presentations, each Pitch Partner chooses which Community Group(s) they wish to support using their pledged funds.
Four Years of Giving Back
Since its inception in 2019, the Community Pitch event has evolved and grown into a night of networking, entertainment and most importantly impact. In this time, we’ve had the privilege of contributing funds to a total of $235,000.
As we showcase the impact of Community Pitch, we invite you to be a part of this annual celebration of community support.
