Sara Granpayeh
Sara brings significant banking experience and a strong understanding of our customers to her role as Branch Manager. Having been a valued member of the Community Bank Lindfield team for several years, she is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting her team. Her warm, approachable nature and commitment to our community make her a wonderful fit for the role. She also speaks Persian.
Michele Ferris
Michele ensures the smooth and efficient running of our branch. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, Michele plays a crucial role in the day-to-day functioning of the Lindfield Branch.
Pooja Ram
Pooja brings warmth and efficiency to her role as Customer Relationship Officer. Committed to providing excellent service, Pooja is a valuable member of our team, assisting customers with their banking needs and fostering positive relationships. Pooja is also fluent in Hindi.
Peter Lau
Peter is an experienced lender who is passionate about helping customers purchase their new home, grow their investment portfolio, or restructure their lending options. As a mobile lender he can meet with our customers at a time and place that is convenient to them. Peter is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Yvette Hu
Yvette is our Home Loan Specialist. She is dedicated to building strong connections with our customers with a focus on understanding individual needs. Yvette is fluent in Mandarin.
Sharon Franke
As our Community Development Manager, Sharon is the driving force behind our community-centric initiatives. With a deep commitment to making a positive impact, Sharon works closely with local organisations and groups to foster meaningful relationships and projects.
Anjali Multani
Anjali is part of the Community Bank Lindfield Customer Service team helping our customers day in, day out. Pop in or give her a call – she’d love to help you out. Anjali is fluent in Punjabi.
Lily Geng
Lily, the newest member of our Community Bank Lindfield customer service team, has 20 years experience in retail banking and is ready to support you with your banking needs, whether by phone or in person at our Lindfield branch.

Jennifer Anderson OAM
Emeritus Mayor Jennifer Anderson is the longest serving mayor in Ku-ring-gai Council’s history and recipient of Local Government NSW’s Excellence Award, NSW Ministers’ Award for Women in Local Government and Davidson NSW Woman of the Year. Jennifer has served on the boards of local organisations including Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter, Meals on Wheels, KYDS and Eryldene. Jennifer is the current Patron of St John Ambulance Ku-ring-gai and HKWS.
Jennifer was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for her outstanding service to the Ku-ring-gai community in January 2025.
Kristyn Haywood
Kristyn is a passionate and experienced Leadership Educator, Executive Coach, and Organisational Culture Expert with over 30 years in the field, including a decade in senior HR roles. Founder of People for Success and the not-for-profit Expand Now, Kristyn is committed to developing values-based leaders and empowering individuals to make a positive impact. She holds a Master of Business in leadership development and was a keynote speaker at CEO Magazine’s International Women’s Day event. A long-time volunteer in Ku-ring-gai, Kristyn continues to serve her local community with heart and purpose.
Dale Crosby
Dale provides strategic consulting and training support to accounting and financial advisory firms, focusing on practice management, client relationships, team development, and marketing. With over 40 years of experience, including senior roles in the pharmaceutical industry, he has supported over 4,000 professional firms and SMEs. Dale is the Managing Director of High Tech Soft Touch Pty Ltd and CPD For Accountants.
A long-term Ku-ring-gai resident, Dale serves as Vice President of Ku-ring-gai Chamber of Commerce and holds committee roles with the NSW Kayak Share Club and Voices of Ku-ring-gai Community Action Group.
John Kitchener
John brings extensive experience in finance, strategy, and operations across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, locally and internationally. A Chartered Accountant and GAICD, he has held senior roles including CFO, COO and Executive Director, leading business transformations and supporting leadership teams through change.
Kenneth Kok
Kenneth brings over 20 years of financial markets expertise in market operations, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation. He currently serves as the director and senior executive of the family business.
Kenneth’s executive career includes senior leadership at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited as Managing Director, overseeing operations generating 36% of HKEX’s revenue, and Executive Director positions at Goldman Sachs.
His governance experience includes co-chairing the HKEX Provident Fund Committee and Treasurer roles at Ku-ring-gai community organisations. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and maintains professional qualifications as GAICD, FHKSI, and CFA charter holder.
Betty Balassis
Betty is a senior consumer insights and analytics professional with over 30 years’ experience in leadership roles across leading FMCG and banking organisations. She specialises in transforming data into actionable strategies that drive growth and performance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Mathematics, Betty combines technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Marianne Broeng
Marianne is an experienced consultant and digital transformation specialist with more than 30 years of experience working with local and international organisations, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
She has governance experience as a Non-Executive Director and Advisory Council Member.
Marianne is passionate about driving positive change through innovative initiatives and creating meaningful impact for the community.
