Branch Operations Manager

Michele ensures the smooth and efficient operations of our branch as the Branch Operations Manager. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, Michele plays a crucial role in the day-to-day functioning of the Lindfield Branch.

Warren Dwyer

Business Development Manager 

Warren brings a wealth of experience to Community Bank Lindfield & Districts as our Business Development Manager. With a keen understanding of financial services and a passion for community engagement, Warren is dedicated to driving the growth and success of our bank.

Peter Lau

Mobile Relationship Manager 

Peter is an experienced lender who is passionate about helping customers purchase their new home, grow their investment portfolio, or restructure their lending options. As a mobile lender he can meet with our customers at a time and place that is convenient to them.

Yvette is our Home Loan Specialist. She is dedicated to building strong connections with our customers with a focus on understanding individual needs.

As our Community Development Manager, Sharon is the driving force behind our community-centric initiatives. With a deep commitment to making a positive impact, Sharon works closely with local organisations and groups to foster meaningful relationships and projects.

David Langdon

Chair of the Board 

A dedicated supporter of community initiatives, David brings extensive corporate governance expertise to our board. He previously chaired Ku-ring-gai Financial Services Limited (KFSL) from its inception in 2002 until his retirement in 2014. With a Commerce degree, David boasts a successful business career as a Senior Executive, excelling at establishing and developing enterprises at Partner, CEO, and Managing Director levels. A resident of Ku-ring-gai for over 30 years, he remains committed to the ongoing success of our Community Bank.

Julie Fidler

Director

Julie recently retired from a career in business administration, finance and governance for various public and listed companies. Julie was the founding Company Secretary of Ku-ring-gai Financial Services Limited and held the position for 15 years, from its formation in 2002 until 2017. Julie is committed to the success of KFSL and provision of banking services in Ku-ring-gai.

Jennifer Anderson

Director

Emeritus Mayor Jennifer Anderson is the longest serving mayor in Ku-ring-gai Council’s history and recipient of Local Government NSW’s Excellence Award, NSW Ministers’ Award for Women in Local Government and Davidson NSW Woman of the Year. Jennifer has served on the boards of local organisations including Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter, Meals on Wheels, KYDS and Eryldene. Jennifer is the current Patron of St John Ambulance Ku-ring-gai and HKWS.

Geoff Crittenden

Director

Geoff is a chartered engineer with over 30 years’ experience, spanning diverse sectors including not-for-profit, consulting, engineering, and healthcare. With a background that includes CEO and senior leadership roles, Geoff has led multidisciplinary teams in technical and complex environments, driving long-term business strategies resulting in robust growth. Geoff served in the British Army as an engineer for over 15 years. After moving to Australia, Geoff has held senior leadership positions with organisations like the Association of Consulting Engineers, Transfield Worley, Cynergy Group and is currently Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Weld Australia. Geoff was formerly a director of Ku-ring-gai Financial Services Limited from 2003 to 2007.
