$250,000 on Offer in Great BIG Community Grants Program

We’re excited to launch our largest-ever community funding initiative, with a record $250,000 now available through our Great BIG Community Grants Program.

Charitable and not-for-profit organisations across Ku-ring-gai and Hornsby are invited to apply for funding to bring important local projects to life.

Since opening our original Turramurra branch in 2003 and later relocating to Lindfield, the Lindfield Community Bank (formerly known as Turramurra and Lindfield Community Bank) has returned more than $6 million to the local community, supporting schools, charities and grassroots initiatives that make a genuine difference. The Great BIG Community Grants Program continues that long-standing commitment at an unprecedented scale.

Our Chair Jennifer Anderson OAM said the program reflects the Bank’s enduring commitment to backing the organisations that strengthen the region.
“This is about investing in the charitable and not-for-profit groups who care for our community every day,” Mrs Anderson said. “When local people choose to bank with us, it allows us to return profits directly to Ku-ring-gai and Hornsby. The Great BIG Community Grants Program represents our largest investment yet in helping local initiatives turn great ideas into lasting impact.”

Eligible charitable and not-for-profit organisations are encouraged to apply before applications close on Monday 23rd March.
Successful applicants will be announced on Tuesday 21st April, 2026 and will be expected to be able to attend our presentation evening on Tuesday 28th April.
